Regarding the amounts displayed:

the prices shown include Italian VAT at 22%;

the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model is applied, with customs duties and clearance costs included;

the amount shown at checkout represents the total to be paid, with an indication of the applicable items.

Ⅳ. Payment Procedure

The payment process generally follows these steps:

verification of order details, delivery address, and total amount;

selection of the Visa or Mastercard circuit;

entry of card details (number, expiry, CVV, and cardholder);

confirmation of the operation.

Upon completion of payment, an order summary communication is generated.

In case of non-completion, you can try again with another card or contact support using the provided contact details.

Ⅴ. Refund Guidelines

If a refund is provided for according to current policies, the following general conditions apply:

refund method: re-credit to the card used for payment;

card validity: the card must be active;

processing times: the refund request is generally processed within 1–3 business days;

crediting times: the availability of the amount may take 10–15 business days, depending on bank timings.

If the credit is not visible within a reasonable period, you can contact support by providing the order references.
